I just got done flashing dodge 2015   Dodge Dart   updated the electronic power steering   and also the ECU had updates for   the shutter valve . Here is the track light and engine light. let's do the   health report . scanning 7% scanning 20% scanning 100% yes I'm sure   now this thing had a frickin update for   the electronic power steering for  causing like a shimmy anywhere from   fifty to seventy miles an hour and that shimmy could be misdiagnosed as   wheel out of balance . so it's this crazy   that you could have thrown you know  all kinds of tires at this thing   balanced like crazy and all it   needed was it was an update so   wait for it to finish up 100 percent . okay steering angle sensor implausible   message data length received from   steering angle sensors .  so I'm sure these   ABS there's gonna be steering angle ...

Hi guys,chad show a fails case in 1999 Ford F350. The Launch CRP129E can not auto find Vin. 1999 Ford F350   at: 10:53 1.Vin scan 2.Fail to find Vin then need input Vin 3.PCM communcation error. But youtuber ThePracticalMechanic do update in video description "Update: after updating the tool it was able to talk to my 1999 Ford F350 with a 7.3. I'm not sure if the update changed something or if my first attempt was operator error." Comment here if any guys test the Launch CRP129E on 1999 Ford F350.
